Important information for your reservation
Payment
A deposit equal to 50% of the stay is required to hold your dates. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions. Full booking balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. Payments by bacs, paypal, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard.
Cancellation Conditions
If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. However if we rebook these dates we will refund you what we manage to rebook for minus an admin fee equal to the first night of the booking. If the booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £250 (unless you are bringing more than 3 dogs. Where rather than take a larger pet fee we take a higher deposit incase of damage, please email/ring to discuss in advance) is taken to cover damages. However you are still liable to for all costs if this exceeds the damage deposit. The security deposit is done as a hold on your card and is released within 3 days of your departure.
