5* Our stay at the cottage was amazing. As a group of 5 including a dog, we found it be very spacious and offer all the facilities we needed for an enjoyable midweek break. As a host as well, Amanda was very quick to respond to questions and was very helpful when we had to make some alterations to our booking request at the 11th hour. The help guide that was sent as well was amazing, with clear instructions on how to use all the facilities from the hot tub, to the coffee machine and dish washer. The cottage was also perfectly equipped for our furry four legged family member with bowls and throws for the sofas. A perfect hideaway.

5* A beautiful modern home, perfect for a nice break. It’s an immaculate property with everything you would need plus more. The main living area is a nice open plan space, kitchen is fully stocked of all essential pots, pans and utensils. Bedrooms are all a decent enough size and each with their own large smart TV, perfect for allowing the kids to watch their own thing! Main bedroom en-suite was very useful with 4 kids fighting over the main bathroom, and it has doors which open out to the garden and hot tub. The hot tub is great and even better that it was covered given the fact we did not get the weather! Plenty of space to leave towels and robes, which is not always a given! Most of all though, Amanda was brilliant. We had a slight issue with the hot tub not being quite up to temperature and she responded immediately and video called to talk me through getting the settings fixed straight away. A delight to deal with throughout too.

5 Stars - Hands down one of the best air b&b’s I’ve stayed in. The location is stunning and the house was modern and spotless. The hot tub was a brilliant feature which we made great use of after climbing Scafell Pike! Nothing bad to say, would come back again! Host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you so much!

10/10 It was in a perfect location. Clean. A pub nearby and just off the A66. Beautifully decorated and very comfy. A handy guide for all the appliances. And a phone number to text for any queries. It was quiet while we stayed which was perfect. Pub nearby is 1 minute walk and friendly.

10/10 Phenomenal! Absolutely perfect!

It was a fantastic home and the presentation was phenomenal, the hot tub was perfect and easy to use, the facilities were extremely clean and there were instructions for everything!

There needs to be a pathway/ stepping stones to the hot tub, the grass was so soggy and muddy on our second night that we didn’t end up using the hot tub which we had paid to use, other than that it was perfect.
